They promise to help you form a life you actually like, instead of existing in one that does feel authentic to who you truly are. So, amongst all of these books, it is important to find the ones that will truly help you.

I have created a list of the books that have personally allowed me to genuinely change my life.

The people of Okinawa are the world’s longest-living people. I don’t know about you, but that doesn’t seem like any old coincidence to me. The general Idea of Ikigai is finding the amalgamation of what you’re good at, what you love, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. This book has allowed me to find my purpose, I believe it will allow you to find yours. It will give you the peace you so greatly desire.

I have read multiple of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s books, and ‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’ has had the longest-standing impact on my life. I would recommend this book one hundred times


over.

Every single one of the 21 ways to stop procrastinating has come into play in my life. As a student, I was dealing with a large workload, and when I would get overwhelmed I would simply procrastinate in order to deal with the problem at hand. ‘Eat That Frog’ aided me in finally tackling my problems, and living a more gratifying life.
